lame_enc instructions

    1. Click this lame_enc file
    2. Click Save
    3. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Audacity (in the "Save" window, go to My Computer, C Local Drive, Program Files, Audacity)
    4. Click Save again
    5. The first time you use the "Export as MP3" command, Audacity will ask you where lame_enc.dll is saved, locate the file in C:\Program Files\Audacity
